Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

At My Crafted Song, all custom songs, lyric sheets, and audio assets are created and fulfilled digitally. We do not ship physical packages (such as CDs, vinyl, or paper prints) by default, meaning there are no shipping fees, customs duties, or postal transit delays.

1. Delivery Format & What You Receive

Once your custom song is complete, your assets are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Your delivery package includes:

  • High-Definition Audio Master: Uncompressed, studio-grade WAV file (24-bit / 48kHz) compatible with home sound systems, event speakers, and video editing software.

  • Standard Audio File: High-bitrate MP3 (320kbps) optimized for phones, tablets, messaging apps, and personal playlists.

  • Printable Custom Lyric Keepsake: High-resolution PDF formatted for standard 8.5" x 11" printing or framing.

  • Add-On Assets (If Selected): Formatted lyric video files (MP4) or dedicated streaming listening links, depending on your tier.

2. Standard Production Timelines

Because every track is written, composed, recorded, and mixed from scratch around your unique story, production begins once your completed intake form is received:

  • Standard Delivery: 4 to 7 business days

  • Rush Delivery (Optional Add-On): 48 to 72 hours (priority studio queue)

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays. Production timelines begin after we have received all necessary story details, pronunciations, and style selections.

3. How to Access Your Files

  1. When your song is finalized, you will receive an email titled "Your Custom Song is Ready! 🎶".

  2. Inside the email is a private, secure link to your digital folder (hosted on cloud storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox).

  3. You can stream the track instantly directly from your phone or computer, or click "Download" to save the original files permanently to your device.

  4. We recommend downloading and saving a backup copy of your audio files to your own personal computer, cloud drive, or phone storage upon receipt.

4. File Retention & Replacements

We retain an archive backup of your master audio files for 12 months following final delivery. If you ever lose your files, switch devices, or accidentally delete your download email, contact us at support@mycraftedsong.com with your original order number, and our team will re-issue your download link at no charge.

5. Delivery Issues & Spam Folders

If your estimated delivery date has arrived and you have not seen your song notification:

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions tabs, as automated notifications containing external download links can occasionally be redirected by email filters.

  • If you still cannot locate your delivery email, reach out directly to support@mycraftedsong.com, and we will promptly send your files directly.

6. Physical Keepsake Add-Ons (Optional / If Applicable)

If you order an optional physical add-on in the future (such as a framed acrylic lyric plaque or custom USB cassette):

  • Physical products are shipped via standard tracked carriers (USPS, Canada Post, or UPS) only after you have given final approval on the digital song master.

  • Estimated transit times for physical items are 3 to 7 business days following track approval. You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as the physical package ships.
